Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 cups shredded cabbage mix (green and red cabbage, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- 2. Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the cooked pork and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the shredded cabbage mix and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stir well to combine, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Drizzle the sesame oil over the mixture and toss everything to combine thoroughly.
- 7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
